Program / Project Management Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program / Project Management Lead to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale strategic programs and projects that drive business outcomes and operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving accountability across teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.

The position is highly collaborative and requires the ability to navigate complex business environments while balancing strategic priorities, execution timelines, and operational delivery.

What You’ll Do

Program & Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projects
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Drive program governance, delivery tracking, and execution discipline across multiple workstreams

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
• Act as the primary point of coordination between business, operations, and technology teams
• Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment
• Support decision-making processes and contribute to strategic project discussions

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and accountability
• Drive collaborative problem-solving and ensure smooth coordination across multiple teams
• Influence stakeholders and guide teams through complex execution challenges
• Support capability development and mentoring of junior team members

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks proactively
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans to minimize delivery impact
• Monitor program health and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project milestones, KPIs, and delivery metrics
• Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports
• Ensure effective governance and reporting mechanisms are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

Program & Project Management Expertise

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Program and Project Management
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation or delivery programs
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution management, and governance
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies

Leadership & Execution Excellence

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse teams
• Ability to drive accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery quality
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to engage with senior leadership and drive alignment across business units
• Strong collaboration and conflict-resolution capabilities

Technical & Operational Skills

• Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Ability to monitor project performance metrics and drive operational improvements
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level programs

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 15 years of full-time education required
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are preferred
