Programme Manager - ( Council )

Job Description

Location- Plymouth- Hybrid

Rate- £800 per day inside IR35

Role- My client, a local council , are looking for a visionary programme manager with recent experience of having delivered a public services prevention agenda.

You are an exceptional candidate able to break down the barriers between departments and with partner agencies to create multi disciplinary teams using data, insight and AI in new ways to make a real difference to the lives and outcomes

You'll need to be able to demonstrate recent relevant experience in driving prevention outcomes for public services and understand the potential benefits that data, insight and AI can bring to this challenge.

We also want you to be able to drive financial as well as service improvements from this work.

RESPONSIBLITITES:

#Lead on the development and implementation of transforming Council services across defined programme areas.

#Specifically responsible for the allocation of Transformation and Change transformation resources to the agreed priorities of the Directorate.

#Work across a portfolio of complex programmes, in conjunction with other Programme Managers to bring together and implement the overall transformation and to provide a professional capability of programme and project management within the Directorate and in combination with others to do the same across the Council.
