Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of IAM- Project Management and Coordination Skills
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Office and Planner tools
• Exposure to PMI, Prince, Agile delivery frameworks and methodologies.
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
• Attention to details even under pressure
• Should have handled Cyber Security projects. IAM projects is preferable.

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post Graduation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers have performed all of the tasks required to prepare IAM project
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the customer
• Work with Project Managers to ensure smooth project initiation, handoff and start
• Assist with review and provide recommendations for modifications to internal project coordination processes
• Provide regular status updates on client progress to IAM PMO, Report creations for internal and client MIS
• Provide timely escalations on project delays and RAG status
• Maintain team availability and allocation records and provide inputs to management on optimum utilization
