Job Description
Our Client is a global leader in the renewable energy sector and since they are rapidly expanding their already strong presence in Greece, they are looking for a ‘Project Development, Senior Manager’.
Your Responsibilities:
- Institutional Relations- Maintain strong relationships with local and public authorities, aiming to understand the processes needed to be followed, and provide solutions to the challenges that could arise, related to development, construction, or operating projects.
- Project Management – Provide thorough knowledge of the projects to the Project Managers and the rest of the organization, to guarantee the achievement of the project and obtain licenses within a short time, aiming to the finalization of construction projects on schedule.
- Knowledge of the Sector and Competencies – Have a thorough understanding of the key players in the wind/solar-power business in the region, being able to detect any kind of opportunities and anticipate possible challenges.
- Representation of company – Represent the company in the region, and participate on behalf of the company in the forums of the Association of Autonomous Wind and Solar Construction to guarantee the excellent representation of the scope and mission of the Company.
- Business Plan and Budgeting – Formulate the business planning, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions, to guarantee the achievement of the business plan.
- Tender Offers – Participate and coordinate the representation in tenders to guarantee the success of them.
- People Management – Leading a team effectively, by setting objectives and responsibilities, motivating the team, and achieving the development and promotion of the members.
Your Profile:
- Strong academic background in Engineering.
- More than 10 years of experience in the Renewables Industry and in similar roles.
- Extensive experience in People Management.
- Established network with local decision-making Authorities.
- Almost native English skills.
