1. Should have a technology background; exposure to emerging tech-stack will be an added plus

2. Technology Focus : Any (though, Middleware preferred, not mandatory)

3. Industry Background : Retail preferred (not mandatory) 4. Program, Account, People and Client Mgmt. experience mandatory

5. Should have managed a team of 20-50 people

6. Adept at scope, risk and financials management

7. Prior experience with managing account P&L

8. Any experience with BD, Pre-sales will be an added plus

9. All-round personality, go-getting attitude and self-drive are absolute must

10. Ability to manage and excel in a matrix structure
