Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for product project approval, overall program design, and product design and development after project approval.

▪ Responsible for regularly summarizing the implementation of the project, analyzing the phased results, and giving correct development guidance.

▪ Responsible for the macro-control of the company's various projects.

▪ Responsible for the preparation of technical documents of the technical department and supervise the sorting and filing of technical documents.

▪ Organize and lead the development team, formulate project implementation plans, monitor project progress and quality, and ensure that the project is completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

▪ Mechanical, electrical, vehicle, automation, electrochemistry, chemistry, new energy, fuel cell and other related majors, bachelor degree or above.

▪ More than 10 years R&D and design working experience in the required area.

▪ Good development management ability.

▪ Have strong leadership, planning and execution, judgment and decision-making, communication and coordination skills.

▪ Familiar with the development of the fuel cell industry and the resources of domestic and foreign equipment and auxiliary material suppliers, and have good integration capabilities.
