1. Should have a technology background; exposure to emerging tech-stack will be an added plus

2. Technology background : Java, UI, AWS

3. Program, Account, People and Client Mgmt. experience mandatory

4. Should have managed a team of 20-50 people 5. Adept at scope, risk and financials management

6. Prior experience with managing account P&L

7. Any experience with BD, Pre-sales will be an added plus

8. All-round personality, go-getting attitude and self-drive are absolute must 9. Ability to manage and excel in a matrix structure
