A Global company in Birmingham require a Projects person to implement People initiatives, including the creation and implementation of a wellbeing strategy, the benefits process and communication as well as using engagement surveys. A hybrid working role that will give support to study Cipd and is paying £26-28K.

DUTIES

• Responsible for the creation and deliverables of the Wellbeing Strategy alongside the People Ops team
• Flexible benefits communications and process.
• To be responsible for developing, monitoring and updating necessary spreadsheets and systems, providing accurate and timely data reports when required.
• To undertake reporting and analysis of people data
• To conduct initial research into HR-related projects.
• Working closely with the HR Business Partner and support when required
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
• Alongside People Assistant ensuring comms (including our Intranet are kept up to date and engaging)

An excellent opportunity for someone to make a real difference within the company and work in a proactive, project based role. Previous project based work experience preferred.
