Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the Project Execution Strategy, as well as the Project.
• Execution Plan.
• Project setup and organization.
• Plan and conduct important meetings and project reviews.
• Actively manage risks and changes.
• Setting up and monitoring the necessary corrective measures.
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the QHSE program.
• Report regularly and present the results of the project to management, partners and clients.
• Have a detailed knowledge of contracts with clients and partners and be able to competently fulfill the obligations assumed.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Master's degree in technological design, mechanical engineering or similar).
• Negotiation and leadership skills, willingness to take responsibility.
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial project processes.
• Preferably with experience in implementing projects in the former CIS countries.
• Quickly understands complex issues.
• He is fluent in spoken and written English and Russian.
• Flexible and ready to travel.
• Cultural understanding and sensitivity.
• Strong social competence.
