Job Description

• Implement the process and procedure on Project as it demands.
• Plans, directs, and controls accounting and financial operations
• Prepares Project cost reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review
• Ensures that accurate records are kept by standard practices
• Manager the operational cash flow along with Budget manager
• Prepare weekly Payment list and provides periodic payment forecasting as needed by budget manager
• Monitors budget performance, expenditure control
• Manages invoicing procedures as per milestone to collect money owed by clients/customer
• Manage the allocated team and coordinate their work properly.

Minimum Requirement

• Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA/CMA OR MBA is a must.
• Minimum 15+ years of which 5 years in a managerial role with hands on experience into preparing project cost.
• Must have Managing cashflows allocation inline with the project’s budgets across services based industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidate must also have experience on Corporate Tax, Withholding tax and Zakat tax in KSA.
• Candidate who has good knowledge in excel is preferable.
