PROJECT HEAD
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
a) Achieve the target number of new clients onboarding
b) Preparation of right sales pitch depending upon target segments
c) Understanding and finalizing the Scope of Work
d) Recommending proposed commercials to the Management for their review and approval
e) Preparation of NDA and Engagement Agreements
2. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
A. Impacting Revenue
1. Draw out, review and manage the implementation plan for each client
2. Design and maintain communication protocols for all Projects (including approval for quality, price, delivery and payment terms)
3. Identify and validate various channels with the resource aligned to sell products of Clients
4. Develop and manage channel partners
5. Ensure committed Revenues are met, client wise as per the company’s agreement with the Client - Week wise, Month wise
6. Manage Sales, Revenue, Collections and Cost for Each Project of SBCL
7. Flag off performance issues, achievers ratings, project deadline TAT's, project revenue, sales and collections numbers with management
B. Impacting Process
1. Set up and Monitor Daily, Weekly, Monthly Targets for each Resource - Project wise
2. Ensure 100% compliance and system adherence to SFA
3. Manage Reviews with Clients, with data and reports
4. MIS, Reports - Internal and External
5. Ensure Productivity Reports are shared with Resources, Client and Management
6. Ensuring documentation for all types of revenue and expenditure
C. Impacting People
1. Work on resource mobilization including interviewing, onboarding and induction
2. Ensure the dedicated and shared functions are aligned across various resources
3. Attrition Management (Voluntary and Involuntary )
