Job Description:

• Manage and co-ordinate new development projects as per APQP timeline.
• He should ensure that project / development milestones / goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Co-ordinating with Customer for design reviews and release.
• Strong in Project Management (PMP) activities.
• As a leader to continuously steer the project teams towards business goals by resolving problems and bottlenecks.
• Timely reviews of the projects & stage gates & Timely reporting of APQP status.
• Should be familiar in DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP and basis knowledge on Drafting & 3D Modelling knowledge in CREO.
• Should be capable to Evaluate and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization and production issues.
• Visualize and develop packaging solution to suit the product.
• Maintain new project records for TGW / TGR.
• Support & Responsible for IATF documentation activities.
• Stay current and up to date on any technology changes that may affect engineering design and development and advise others of any impact.
• He should be well versed with the Mechanical component designs and functional.
• Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere.
