Our client is a Group Holding Company Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire a Project Management Officer.
Responsibility
- Establishing a project governance framework to have a structured approach to govern the projects.
- Know about the different project management methodologies that exist.
- Be familiar with the project management knowledge areas and project management.
- Decide which project management software/tool and features are best for the Company and team’s workflow.
- Ensure the project team is working productively.
- Understand conflict management to keep everyone working together and with high morale.
- Effective time management ensuring no delays in getting the deliverables out on time and on budget.
- Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives.
- Centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders. It is to ensure that the management makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the project.
- Proper project planning is a must as this is the foundation of the project management cycle. It includes the project schedule, resources, and costs.
- Organization of project schedule tasks, teams, and time to complete a project including resource management and risk management.
- Effective budget management, i.e. tracking costs throughout the life cycle of the project and making sure actual costs don’t exceed the planned budget.
- Creation of a risk management plan to identify, assess, and control risk.
Requirement
• Minimum Qualifications: Post Graduate /Graduate (PMP Designation)
• Minimum Experience: 10 years functional experience in FMCG out of which 5 years should be in an equivalent Management level.
• Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - laser focused on ensuring that processes are clearly defined, working well and constantly being improved.
