Responsibilities
Cooperation with internal and external training providers
- Training modules preparations (infrastructure, materials, invitations, certificates, problem solving, follow-up with participants etc.)
- Ability for accurate work in internal management systems and tools
- Handle chat tool on website
- Check and ensure quality of training materials - PPT etc.
- Maintain contact with clients and suppliers on administrative side - contracts, invoices, and reports
Skills
Must have
- Fluent English
- Higher education
- Advanced PC user (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
- Good communication skills
- Experience with databases and excel
- Strong attention to details and organization
- Great sense of responsibility with ability to work under pressure independently as well as in teams
Nice to have
- Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
