Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals,and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and resource forecasts.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the project team.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technologyfocused environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize  tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and software architecture is a plus.
