Job Title: Project Manager – (PMC Company)
Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Design
- Lead the overall design, planning, and development process, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate project scope and design.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses for optimal project execution strategies.
2. Project Execution & Management
- Manage day-to-day implementation of construction projects including schedule, resources, and budget oversight.
- Ensure all construction activities align with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to drive efficient and timely project delivery.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure all projects adhere to local, regional, and federal construction and environmental regulations.
- Secure necessary permits and approvals from governing authorities.
- Monitor adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Cost Control & Budget Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, including material, labor, and equipment cost estimates.
- Track expenses and control cost variances proactively.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional project teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Mentor junior engineers and team members to support skill development.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
6. Quality Assurance & Control
- Implement quality control protocols during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
7. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate risks, progress, and project milestones.
8. Risk Management & Safety
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks related to design, timeline, and resources.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
9. Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility
- Promote sustainable design and construction practices to reduce environmental impact.
- Recommend energy-efficient systems and environmentally responsible solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree and/or certifications such as PMP or PE are preferred. - Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in PMC/EPC project management within the construction industry.
- Strong background in regulatory compliance, especially environmental and safety standards.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, EPANET.
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations related to construction and infrastructure.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and international project teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project environments and stakeholder needs.
