Job Purpose : To oversee and lead the planning, execution and completion of factory construction projects. (Current project in Vadodara.)

Key Responsibilities :- 

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial deals with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders and provide detailed project reports.
• Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Required Candidate Profile:-

• 7-8 years of experience in specifically in factory construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in handling commercial deals and negotiations.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and correspondence skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively. 
• Willingness to travel as required by the project.
