Job Description

Our Client is a multinational Group of Companies with a presence in 29 countries including a strong presence in Romania is looking for a Project manager to work in the board of directors department.

As a PM you will work together in a small team of project management specialists. This team is directly affiliated with the board of Company directors.

This top-class analyst and reporting PM team is integrating management performance indicators from all the departments, collecting and analyzing market trends and facts, and keeping regular contact with the west European HQ performance reporting team.

Job Responsibilities:

Presentations of business performance trends:

Frequent presentation of “Jour fix” to local directors as well as to the West Eu HQ management;
Presentations for meetings in order to set targets;

Human capital tasks:

Participates in the training and personal development program;

Project management:

appointed as Project Manager - you'll perform the planning - being directly involved in the execution, control, and completion of the assigned projects;

Risk management:

Participation in the risk assessment related to the activity (identification, analysis, estimation), evaluation and risk monitoring, review of the risk management study;
Application of risk management actions;
Participation in improving risk management;

Control of documented information:

Realization and implementation of documented information, as planned;
Archiving of internal or external records: identification of records, archiving of records;

Internal audit:

Participation in self-audit;
Participation in system audit;
Participation in the analysis and proposal of corrections and corrective actions for the nonconformities found, and their implementation.

Minimum Profile Requirements:

Higher education completed with a bachelor's degree;
Technical knowledge (preferably engineering or economics graduate with a high interest in analysis);
Economic knowledge;
Knowledge of PC operation (excellent knowledge of excel);
Fluent English; Other international languages could be a plus;
Minimum 2 years of work experience ideally in automotive or high tech industries and with very good results acquired within marketing research and performance reporting areas
Very analytical, self-organized, balanced, and objective communicator, representative, and very good team player;
High potential and commitment to development.
