Project Manager - Metro & Tunnel Infrastructure

SalaryMarket Competitive Salary + BenefitsLocationBucharest, RomaniaIndustryConstructionJob DescriptionWe are hiring a Project Manager with proven experience in metro, tunnel, or subway infrastructure projects. This role involves full-cycle project coordination—from planning and design review to execution and handover—across large-scale underground transport and civil works.We need a proven PM who overcame since minimum 2-3 years the role of a site manager!The projects of our Clients are sizeable and calls for the exact set of skills and competencies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day project execution for metro/tunnel infrastructure
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design teams
- Manage contracts (FIDIC), budgets, schedules, and resources
- Supervise works related to civil structures, reinforcement, and installations
- Ensure regulatory, quality, and safety compliance
- Prepare progress reports and participate in site meetings
Requirements- 5+ years in project management for infrastructure works
- Direct experience with metro, tunnel, or subway projects (mandatory)
- Major advatange if experienced with the installation part within
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts
- Fluent in English and Romanian
- Proficient in MS Project or similar tools
- ANRE authorization and/ or exposure to Romanian metro /tunnels structure projects
- Experience with EPC contracts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Romanian language a must have, English major advantage.
Fixed Salary can be between 4k eur net to 5k eur net / month TBD indefinite Employment contract and set of benefits, bonus on milestones, etc.
