Role Contribution:

Central to this role is managing between 1 and 4 projects (depending on their size) with the help of a dedicated project team, ensuring their timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant completion.

Responsibilities:

• plan and manage the project of a large-scale photovoltaic farm considering deadlines, quality, and costs
• identify and assess project-related risks and take actions to minimize their occurrence
• manage project resources – human, financial, and material – and allocate them appropriately for the project
• communicate with the client and all other stakeholders – internal and external – regarding project progress, changes, and potential issues
• be responsible for project documentation and reporting, ensuring its timeliness, and analyzing the resulting data
• ensure that necessary tests and inspections take place before the photovoltaic system is launched

Requirements:

• excels in strategy, planning, management, and executing expected actions
• enjoys working from home as much as business trips - you spend 30% to 50% of your work time on the project, depending on the project's stage
• holds degree in technical fields - energy, construction, or related discipline
• has at least 2 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry as a Project Manager (with a minimum capacity of 10MW)
• has experience in working with subcontractors and the project team
• has fluency in English
• has the B category driving license
