Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

• Coach and guide the team on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of transparency, communication, and collaboration within the team.

• Remove impediments and obstacles hindering the team's progress.

• Manage project resources effectively, including team members, budgets, and timelines.

• Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and resources to accomplish their tasks.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by promoting Agile best practices.

• Implement and monitor processes to track and improve product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's Degree in computer engineering or computer-science-related field

• A minimum of 6 years of software development experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of as a Project Manager with Scrum Master responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

• Excellent written / oral communication, leadership and collaboration skills.

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, VersionOne, TFS ).

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools

• Ability to learn modern technologies as the need arises.

• Project manager at a B2B SaaS company. Successfully delivered enterprise applications.

• Good communications and proactive player on understanding requirements and providing effective solutions.

• Has at least 3 year experience in the current role as an Scrum Manager leading a 1-2 scrum teams of 8-9 members.

• Has at least 2 years of experience in a product company.

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, VersionOne, TFS )
