​​​​​​Skills Required: 

• 3-5 years of experience in transformation projects / Supply Chain projects including implementation. (Ideally with an MBA)
• Black Belt in Six Sigma, having ran at least 1 project post Black Belt certification
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills to communicate outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude, growth mindset and bias for action

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive DS initiatives from inception to delivery including planning, process reimagination, execution, communication and risk mitigation
• Enable the Business and DS Team to collaborate.
• Manage the DS roadmap & implementation timelines and budget targets Work with different business leaders to identify the key projects and prioritise based on impact vs effort
• Work with business & finance teams to set up Quarterly goals & targets
• Define and monitor the business impact KPIs for DS initiatives before and post implementation of the projects
• Constantly research on industry-best practices to adopt to understand the market and competition benchmarking
• Play a key role in building the DS Function  and stay up-to date on technological developments
