Antal International is currently seeking a project manager for a leading player in the solar industry.  As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in product launching and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing product support and customer service agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Advocating for quality and safety initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to industry standards.
• Conducting client visits, providing expert guidance on advanced technology, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Actively participating in performance monitoring to optimize operational efficiency.
• Evaluating customer feedback to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, Mandarin Chinese would be a plus
