Key Responsibilities

Provide project management for UFH projects

Provide Tech Sub, Project Set Up, Schedule of Works etc

Provide UFH Design and able to apply mark up of designs

Responsible for Risk & Method Statements (RAMS) and other Health & Safety requirements

Document & Compliance Control

Supplier, Subcontractor & Customer Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Picking Lists & Variations

Reactive client, installer and subcontractor enquiries

Compile O&M

Provide Sub-Contractor & Installer training and support for compliance

Commercially responsible for project providing monthly financial reports to line manager

Key Role Requirements

Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally within Plumbing Heating & Mechanical Sector

Valid CSCS and/or SKILLcard (The Company may be able to support you in obtaining this)

Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

Good numerical skills & excellent Commercial awareness and able to negotiate

Strong organisation and time management skills

Good IT & literacy skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Thrives under pressure working within deadlines

Full and valid UK Driving Licence

Previous experience of working with AutoCAD with an understanding of technical drawings
