Project Manager Expo & Events

We are seeking for our client – a visionary advertising company based in Bucharest, an experienced Project Manager Expo & Events to manage international projects from their initial concept through to successful completion.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the exhibition and event industry, capable of overseeing all project phases, including planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event analysis.

The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, fostering strong client relationships and coordinating effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage exhibitions & events projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee on-site execution and manage project resources.
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all projects meet quality and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in exhibition& events project management.
• Strong understanding of exhibition stands production and events setups.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English & Good knowledge of project management systems.

Salary package: base salary, travel allowance, bonuses based on performance
