- Additional specialization in Construction/Project Management or Quantity Surveying
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems; Auditor certification is an advantage
- Primavera certification or strong working knowledge preferred
- Experience in large‑scale interior finishing and international high‑end projects (Gulf/Europe/India)
- Proven ability to manage diverse specialist teams and work with consultants and client representatives
