Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage government project bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and clients.
• Oversee project execution, including testing, inspection, and certification processes, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within the testing, inspection, or certification sector is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.).
• Possess an experience of 5 to 7 years in project management; preferably within the same industry.
• Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A candidate must be available for an immediate start. 
• Fluent Arabic speaking skills are a must.
