Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage government project bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and clients.
- Oversee project execution, including testing, inspection, and certification processes, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working within the testing, inspection, or certification sector is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.).
- Possess an experience of 5 to 7 years in project management; preferably within the same industry.
- Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A candidate must be available for an immediate start.
- Fluent Arabic speaking skills are a must.
