As a Project Manager in our Product and Technology division, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the designated scope, budget, and timeline. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

2. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

3. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to stakeholders.

4. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered with the highest quality standards and in adherence to industry best practices.

6. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.

7. Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project objectives.

8. Change Management: Assess and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and objectives.

9. Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.

3. PMP certification is a strong asset.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

7. Familiarity with automotive technology and industry trends.

8. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

9. Results-driven and dedicated to achieving project goals.
