Job Description
- Oversee the store fit-out process from design finalization to store handover.
- Ensure project completion within defined timelines and approved budgets.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors across all store build-out elements (civil, electrical, lighting, signage, furniture, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a robust vendor base to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies through competitive market sourcing and material optimization.
