Job Description:

• Assisting in managing the Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects across multiple locations
• Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and customers regarding project requirements.
• Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
• Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
• Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
• Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
• Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
• Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure all the calls / requests, which are logged / escalated to him are solved by the team as per the SLA
• Should be able to track the Billing & Resource utilization on Project engagements
• Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.

Requirements: -

• Bachelor’s in computer science /IT/ M.C.A. or equivalent University degree
• Total of 8 - 10 Years of IT Experience, with minimum 4 - 5 Years of Project Management experience in the IT Security Industry, preferably working in a System Integrator Environment
• Certifications: PMP Certified & Added Advantage on ITIL Foundation

• Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them

• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
• Knowledge of MS Project Application
