Team Responsibility: 5-6 Team Manager

Qualification: 

 • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, etc.). Preferably MBA ( preference is premier institute engineering graduate)

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or related role for 5 yrs.

• Total experience of 6-8 yrs with 2-3 years in digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

• Solid understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

.• Familiarity with design thinking and user-centred design principles.

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.

• Mentor and coach junior engineers on digital transformation best practices
