Job Description

Ideal Candidate

Higher education degree (economic engineering or engineering and management profile)
Minimum 4 years of experience in the field
Valid Category B driver’s license required
Willingness to travel
Personnel coordination skills
Sociable, polite, organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Attention to detail, respect for deadlines, goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Positive attitude, punctuality, enthusiasm, dynamism
Negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Planning, coordinating, and supervising photovoltaic installation projects
Developing project plans, including resource, budget, and deadline planning
Continuously updating the Gantt chart for each project, actively monitoring progress, and identifying any deviations or issues
Working closely with the sales team, design engineers, and execution personnel
Making decisions regarding the materials and resources required for the project
Participating in project meetings with clients and suppliers
Visiting project sites with the Project Manager and client
Monitoring project progress and periodically reporting its status to the executive management
Managing risks and issues that arise during the project, as well as implementing appropriate solutions
Efficient coordination and communication with the project team and other involved departments
Supporting the sales team in preparing and presenting budget proposals
Attending meetings and networking events to identify business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners
Evaluating the performance of the project team and execution personnel
Participating in weekly meetings
Ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with current environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as the company’s quality standards
