Job Description
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, etc.).
- Preferably MBA ( preference is premier institute engineering graduate)
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or related role for 5 yrs.
- Total experience of 6-8 yrs with 2-3 years in digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Familiarity with design thinking and user-centred design principles.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
