Reporting To: Head Operations and delivery
Job Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible to successfully manage projects from application development (pre-sales) through post-installation support for mobile robots department.
- Manage project planning and execution from beginning to end.

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

Plan project tasks. Develop, track and maintain associated project documents. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all engineering documentation and specifications required for the successful implementation of the projects and to meet the documentation needs of the customer as agreed to in the order acceptance. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

Identify and assesses unique business/commercial/technical risks associated with assigned projects and provide mitigation solution/s and workarounds.

Determine necessary manpower and resources required for each project; coordinate with the concerned department on requirements

Interact with internal project stakeholders, key vendors and customers on an ongoing basis.

Compare customer order with original quotation to determine variances and ensures that necessary contractual revisions are made before acceptance of order.

Prepare order reviews, transfer report analysis, monthly status reports, manpower loading reports and close-out notices.

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
