Job Responsibilities:

Overview:

Project Manager will ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications). He/she will ensure the project is effectively resourced and manage relationships with Cross Functional Groups (including all project contributors).

• Managing and leading the project team.
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Maintains Project Risk Assessment log along with mitigation plans
• Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management
• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
• Mentor team members on project management aspects

Education/ Experience

• Proven experience of 8+ years as Project Management or relevant position
• Knowledge of program management and development procedures
• Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
• Proficient and Hands on experience in MS project
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Experience in Automotive field will be an added advantage
