Job Description

Owns the project as an entrepreneur with the full accountability to plan, track and manage all necessary actions to achieve QCD targets
Motivates, inspires and engages the CFT members and allows them to move beyond conventional ways of doing things
Knows and adheres to quality standards (FMEA, APQP, VDA 6.3, etc.,
Owns the Business Case and takes budget accountability for all project expenses
Initiates and owns a financial recovery plan in case of deviations
Sets and manages time plan to meet internal and external delivery commitments
Integrates the CFT to analyse the progress and is responsible to anticipate delays in order to initiate countermeasures
Manages the project’s scope to ensure the QCD targets are met in accordance with agreed requirements
Identifies, tracks and manages scope changes to assess the impact on the QCD baseline
Ensures that the Core Team works in compliance with the valid processes
Holds the super-accountability for the key deliverables of each project phase from all functions
Ensure application of escalation management principles when facing issues which can not be resolved within the project team
Manages internal and external stakeholder's interests while always considering the business success
Ensures project data accuracy and effectively communicates with internal stakeholders
Anticipates and manages project risk to avoid, accept, mitigate or transfer risks so that they don’t become problems
