Role details:

• Title / Designation: Project Manager / Scrum Master
• Reporting Manager: CTO
• Location: Delhi 
• Work Mode: Onsite

Role & responsibilities:

• Steer a scrum team comprising company and client stakeholders 
• Create and prioritize requirements for projects with input from development team and stakeholders based on project scope, timeline and budget
• Own release goals and release deliverables
• Own impediments, scope changes, escalations and corrective action
• Help in grooming product backlog items, base-lining acceptance criteria and setting ‘Definition of Done’ 
• Create and publish team and project level delivery and quality metrics/reports
• Coach team members in Agile Frameworks

Candidate requirements:

• 6+ years of experience managing and delivering high quality software products.
• Candidate must have scrum master certification
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• PMP certification is a plus
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.)
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira
