Role & responsibilities:
- Understanding the Talent Acquisition business needs and priorities of the client and act as a bridge between them
- Support the vision for the Talent Acquisition IT product line and is responsible to help deliver the multi-generation IT product line strategy
- Partner with internal and external IT partners to drive new capabilities to deliver on unmet business needs
- Estimate development and effort levels to prioritize requirements with product owners.
- Drive the coordination and oversight of the Jira, Intake and Kanban tools for the TA team to help lead and guide the IT resources.
- Develop product acceptance criteria for requirements and report on feature, functionality, and application delivery
- Lead select Talent Acquisition projects and ensure service delivery is optimised
- Ensures that the CMDB and Asset Management are accurate and reflected of the current TA environment.
- SME in Talent Acquisition systems and integrations
Candidate requirements:
- 6+ years of minimum experience into project management with strong process focus and analytical skills with knowledge in pharmaceutical and medical devices, and consumer industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology with experience in Jira and Kanban tools
- Experience in Change Management/Business Change Management is preferred
- A strong understanding of product development lifecycle, knowledge of healthcare, compliance, business theory, management, budgeting, and business office operations is mandatory
- Deep understanding of business drivers/processes and ability to relate priorities associated to technology investments is required
- Understanding of the business impact of different solutions and ability to assess impact and communicate the trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs, and risks is required
