Key Responsibility

Fully responsible for the project's compliance with predefined goals regarding content, schedule, budget, and quality to the full satisfaction of the customer

Main responsibilities:

• Managing a relationship with the client will lead to the success of the current project and increase the chances for future projects;
• Implementation of planning at the level of detail required to ensure the success of the project;
• Intelligent and effective allocation and management of resources;
• Full commitment of the entire project team to the project and its goals;
• Coordination and synchronization between all the parties involved in the project as required for its success;
• Management of all subcontractors and suppliers;
• Regular monitoring and control, and the externalization of status to the Company's management;
• Management of project content and changes in a meticulous but smart way;
• Implementation of safety and quality control programs;
• Alert supervisor on problems that he can not solve;
• Assistance in closing contract documentation, clear definition of project goals and content;
• An organized and functioning work site;
• Ongoing management vis-à-vis supervision;
• Build work manager programs;
• Recruitment of local personnel;
• Control of quantity and quality of materials supplied to the site;

Reports to: Operations Manager

Measured For:

• Meeting timetables for all milestones
• Compliance with the engineering demands and standards
• Meeting the project budget
• Meeting high-quality standards
• Meeting other predefined success indicators
• Compliance with customer expectations and performance norms.
• Few Escalations \ crisis.
• Sense of belonging and pride of project team

Package: 

• A fixed salary of 6.500USD – max. 7.500 USD / month, all costs paid;
• Bonus/each project;
• Good quality of living ie. clean individual flat ensured (laundry, meals, cleaning, transport - all paid). Transport from and to home - also paid.
• Rotation 2 weeks - every 3 months;
