Job title: Property Manager

My client are looking for driven and tenacious experienced Property Manager to join their busy North London office.

Requirements;

• They must have at least 2 years PM experience and have their own car.
• We have a portfolio of 100 managed properties in surrounding area & E14.
• Must be well presented, good mannered and able to work under pressure.
• Experience of carrying out valuations would be a bonus.
• You must have your own car and clean driving license.
• You must be computer literate.

Duties;

• Addressing tenant complaints, arranging repairs
• Carrying out regular inspections
• Tenant referencing
• Enforcing terms of tenancy are met
• Ensuring compliance is up to date
• Contacting database to secure new listings
• Knowledge of lettings processes and notices

Package;

Basic Salary £27,000 - £32,000, Must have own Car
