Job title: Property Manager & Office Administrator - NW London
My Client are a business that is growing fast and are currently looking for an exceptional individual that can support
in all office administration duties and assist in managing our increasing portfolio of residential properties.
Their business has been built on outstanding customer service and each team member is responsible for
ensuring we constantly deliver a service that we are proud of.You will be joining a team with one other person who will be responsible overall for this department. As a
team you will be responsible for managing the office including all administrative duties, dealing with property
management related issues, lettings administration, any office tasks as the business requires and everything
in between to ensure the smooth running of the office and business in general.This role is mixed between being customer focused and supporting other team members in the background to deliver the best possible service to all.
Competencies and attributes
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work, including a strong focus on accuracy.
- Resilience to overcome obstacles to deliver what is required, a problem-solver.
- Clear, open communicator both written and verbal with ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Always keeping the customer and company informed.
- Strong people skills with ability to quickly establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, influence a range of personality types and manage expectations whilst understanding
- individual needs.

- Strong time management and prioritisation skills with ability to juggle numerous tasks, demonstrate follow-through and be self-motivated.

- Polite and confident in manner and the ability to understand, empathise and exercise tact and diplomacy.
- A passion for helping others.
- You must have your own car and clean driving license.
- You must be computer literate.
Package;
Basic Salary £25,000 - £35,000 ·Must have own Car & Car Allowance
Hours; Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm, Will only work when the business requires cover.
