The purpose of this role would be to balance the growth and profitability of your own Property portfolio, which would include new and renewal business and risk analysis studies to assess the probability of risk acceptance.
Your minimum of 5 years related experience within the Short-Term insurance industry, along with your matric/grade 12 qualification and completed RE5 qualification would be needed in order to qualify for consideration for this position. Additionally, you are computer literate, have sound verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Of all the additional behavioural competencies needed to be successful in a function like this, your love for servicing your customers and helping them achieve their goals in safeguarding their business must be at the very top of the list. By nature, you are also a planner, can organize well, and is detail orientated.
