    Proposals and Process Engineering for Wastewater Treatment Projects-STPs, ETPs, CETPs, and Tertiary Treatments Projects-Media Filters, Ultrafiltration system and Reverse Osmosis System.

    Selection of Process scheme and Process design Calculations for Wastewater Treatment Projects-STPs, ETPs, CETPs, and Tertiary Treatments Projects-Media Filters, Ultrafiltration system and Reverse Osmosis System.

    Carrying out process design /Basic Engineering activities: Preparation of BEP & Basic Engineering Drawings- PFD, P & IDs, Layouts & HFDs for proposed scheme and auxiliary systems. 

    Hands-on knowledge of Primary and Tertiary Treatment: API Separators, Clariflocculators, Media Filters, Chlorination System, 

    Hands-on knowledge of Extended Aeration Technologies: Surface Aerators, Diffused Aeration system, Rotating Bioreactors Cells 

    Hands-on knowledge of Advanced Waste Water Technologies: Membrane Bio Reactors, Sequencing Batch Reactors, MBBR(Moving Bed Bioreactors, Oxidation Ditches, A2O Process and BNR Requirements

    Process Equipment selection, Calculations & Preparation of Technical specifications for Process Equipment’s

    Preparation of Pump head and Pressure drop calculations

    Technical Evaluation of Process Equipment’s and Process System Packages.

    Making Civil/Mechanical/E&I BOQ and Cost estimation during Bidding and tendering stage

    Interact with the civil/electrical/Instrumentation disciplines for resolving and concluding the technical interface issues.

    Interact with Client, Consultants, Vendors and Sub Contractors as per requirement. 

    Attend meetings with customers etc for technical presentation/discussions/approval of design documents etc.

    Preparation of tender specifications and Interaction with vendors for resolving technical issues.

    Ensures appropriateness and coherency of design drawings in respect of process requirements.

    Support/Assist the Tendering Manager in compilation of the proposal in a timely manner.

    Coordinate with vendors for taking quotations and cost compilation 

    Site coordination during Erection and Commissioning

    Knowledge of Wastewater Treatment chemistry and conversant with WHO, EU, USEPA, BIS Water quality standards as well as Wastewater discharge quality standards as per norms of regional, Municipal and International pollution control boards.

•     Knowledge of Municipal Sewer Networking, Pumping stations and Civil costing Preferred.
