Account Manager: Public and Oil & Gas Sector
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a strong background in cloud-based SaaS solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our SaaS solutions, driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Customer Success: Ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes and receiving maximum value from our solutions, leading to high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Solution Consultation: Provide expert advice on our SaaS products and services, helping clients to leverage our solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Saudi national (mandatory)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the cloud SaaS industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS solutions and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
