Position Overview:
This role is responsible for promoting and selling complex IT solutions and services, managing a diverse client portfolio, and developing strong business partnerships. The focus will be on the public sector, particularly government bodies and state entities across Romania. You will be expected to drive sales in IT solutions such as ERP and document management systems, working with both current and potential clients to provide tailored solutions. Regular travel within Romania is required, and understanding the local IT market will be key to identifying new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell IT solutions and services (including ERP, document management systems, etc.)
- Manage and expand a client portfolio, focusing on public sector clients (local and national government, state entities, etc.)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring continuous growth
- Prepare and deliver product presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and manage their successful execution
- Create and submit commercial offers and contracts
- Analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of industry developments
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Regular travel within Romania to engage with clients, potential clients, and business partners
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in selling complex IT solutions (such as ERP, document management, etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with direct experience working in an IT company
- Proven experience in managing public sector clients (local government, state entities, public institutions) within Romania
- Strong ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into successful sales
- Willingness to travel frequently within Romania
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Higher education (university degree)
- Advanced level of English is required
Desired Experience:
- Experience with major software solutions sales, ideally with contracts valued over 1 million EUR per annum
- Knowledge of public sector dynamics in Romania
- Familiarity with other service sectors such as telecommunications, energy, and security (though software solutions must remain a core part of experience)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Fixed salary between 10,000 – 12,000 RON net per month, with annual bonus potential
- Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through performance-based bonuses
- Company car arrangement to be discussed during probation period (company prefers use of personal car with petrol reimbursement)

- This position requires flexibility and mobility; regular travel within Romania will be an integral part of the role.
