To manage and optimize the company’s purchasing activities, ensuring efficient supply of HVAC products (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration), achieving cost competitiveness, product quality and availability, while maintaining strong relationships with national and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing process for HVAC products and solutions.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules and supplier agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate demand planning with Sales, Logistics and Finance departments.
• Control stock levels, inventory rotation and purchasing forecasts.
• Evaluate, approve and monitor supplier performance.
• Prepare analysis and reports using advanced Excel (costs, margins, KPIs, forecasts).
• Identify and implement improvements in purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with technical regulations and quality standards within the HVAC sector.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role, preferably in HVAC distribution, industrial or technical sectors.
• Strong background in negotiating with international suppliers.

Languages:

• Spanish: native or bilingual.
• English: C1/C2 level – Mandatory.
• Other languages are a plus (French, German, Chinese).

Technical Skills:

• Solid knowledge of HVAC products and solutions.
• Purchasing and supply chain management expertise.
• Very high level of Excel – Mandatory.
• Experience with ERP systems and purchasing tools (a plus).
