Responsibilities:

• Conduct searches for raw material suppliers, maintain a customer base.
• Carry out business trips to suppliers and comply with the terms of reporting travel documents.
• Participate in consideration of claims of suppliers coming to the organization and preparation of responses to the presented claims, as well as claims to suppliers when they violate the terms of contracts, coordinate with the suppliers of the changes of the terms of the concluded agreements (contracts).
• Monitor fulfillment of obligations with suppliers (including control of accounts receivable).
• Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate delivery terms with the head of the purchasing department;
• Order containers and vehicles for transportation of raw materials from the logistics service.
• Ensure the shipment of raw materials in accordance with the terms specified in the contracts, control their volume and quality.
• Prepare reports on purchases made, ensure execution of documents for purchased raw materials.

Requirements:

• Education not below specialized secondary;
• Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement activities;
• Have knowledge of agricultural market;
• Experienced PC user;
• Russian and Kazakh languages fluent;
• Communication and physical activity;
• Result oriented, attention to detail, desire to learn and develop skills, stress resistance, balanced attitude to their own strengths and weaknesses.
