Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all activities for IMSP (Indirect Materials and Services Procurement) in the assigned region.
• Hire, train, and develop buyers; manage organizational competency to support global SCM strategies.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for the designated commodities.
• Identify and implement TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) improvement initiatives, deliver annual savings goals.
• Track and report IMSP performance as assigned.
• Serve as a focal point in the development and implementation of the global and regional IMSP procedures.
• Assist buyers in successful negotiations of contract agreements and personally lead critical negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic supply base for the IMSP commodities.
• Manage internal customer relationships.
• Maintain global responsibility for a (TBD) IMSP commodity (TBD).
• Support general enterprise activities and other duties as assigned.
