Purchasing Officer

Based in Langley

Salary £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience

Part time candidates will also be considered for this role too!

You must have your own transport due to the location

Tasks include:

• Negotiating with Suppliers always striving to get the best price for parts & Materials
• Develop supplier relationships
• Sourcing products
• Regularly review supplier terms and conditions
• Liaise with the Manufacturing team on part requirements
• Dealing with supply issues
• Work closely with MD
• Track all purchases in Excel and Sage Packages

Requirements :

• Previous experience in purchasing role Minimum 2-3 years
• Background in manufacturing highly desired
• Experienced in using Sage (or similar packages)
• Excellent communication skills
• Fantastic negotiation skills
• Highly organised
• Independent worker
• Proactive
