Job Description:
-As a Developer in the Automation QA team with 2-6 yrs experience In QA/Dev, you will be responsible for contributing to identifying and automating test scripts in the e-commerce domain. This will require you to understand the framework and to develop a big picture view of how the projects in the Automation team benefit the other teams
-This will include giving guidance to other teams on best coding practices and good automation strategies. If you love coding, solving challenging problems, and delivering high-quality products, we want to talk with you.
Key responsibilities:-Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.
- Work on end-to-end testing projects to identify defects manually log, track, and triage bugs to determine root cause and establish prioritization. Automate the user stories after sprint completion- Proficient with JIRA and test management toolsets to support development processes.
- Contribute to the design and development of automation frameworks and testing processes.
- Programming experience with Java language and utilizing tools like – Jenkins-Test automation framework experience - Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity, Appium
- Basic understanding of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD.- Optional: Hands-on experience on Magento, OMS, algolia, and Google analytics is an added advantage
